Grey's Anatomy 10x10 : Somebody That I Used To Know

Welcome to Grey's Anatomy where handsome and hot doctors are having a scandal to each other in the hospital - Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital .

WARNING : This hospital contains a lot of relationship problem than a sick patients or the medical problem .

Last week episode is all about Callie and Arizona and the malpractice thing . This week episode are full with drama , thrills , some Triangle Love Saga and lovey - dovey doctors . I think we should rename this hospital as Grey Sloan Lovey - Dovey Hospital . There is a lot of drama in the OR , outside the OR , in front of the patient room and apparently , in their house too .

This week episode starts with our Dr. Bailey still having some difficulity with her OCD things . I feel sorry for her . To be honest , I understand how she feels because sometimes I also had OCD but I'm so grateful that it is still under control .

And one of our doctors sleep on the couch . After what happened in last episode , Arizona goes home only to discover that the hotel bed is so much more comfortable than the couch in the living room . Ouch !

Meredith : Can we stop fighting ? I am so exhausted fighting with you every week . We also exhausted !

Meredith and Cristina are still not in the good terms . Duhh , I really miss our twisted sisters moment .

And where is our Chief Ginger Cool ?

Chief Owen Hunt

Here he is . Still doing fine and all lovey - dovey with his girlfriend , Emma . They are having a good time in the lounge , eating muffins drinking coffee . And I can see a big smile on Owen's face . After Cristina .. only Emma can make him happy .

Can we just go get married right now ?

Don't get me wrong . I love Crowen (Cristina + Owen) but Cristina can't give what Owen wants - a kid . A man like Owen when come to certain age , they want kids . Because they know that they are growing old and they will start to realizes that they want a big happy family with the person that they love and of course , Owen love Cristina , Cristina love Owen but Cristina make it clear that she doesn't want a kid . Even an adopted kid .

She just want to work and work and work until she gets old . Cristina and Owen know if they are together , they will just end up hurting each other . So if Emma can make Owen happy and give him the lives he always wanted , why not ? At least one of them are happy .

One of my favorite couples on Grey's Anatomy talking about their thanksgiving day plan . Apparently , Jolex (Jo + Alex) is also all lovey - dovey in this episode . I'm happy for our former Evil Spawn (Alex) . He deserved to be happy after several unsuccesful relationship including his marriage with Izzie Stevens and his relationship with Dr. Lucy 'Hot' Fields .

Lovey - Dovey smile

Alex asks Jo to come with him to Meredith's house on thanksgiving . Jo is hesitant because it will be a weird situation .

"You're sweet !"

Alex : Hey , you are invited to Meredith's for thanksgiving .
Jo : Really ?
Alex : I'm invited and I , umm bringing you .
Jo : The things are gonna be weird if I'm there .
Alex : No , they are not .
Jo : Just go without me . We will meet up after .
Alex : Hey , you think I want to be there if you're not ?
Jo : You're sweet ! (smile)
Alex : Okay , screwed it . How about we get a take - out chicken and eat it in the car like we always do ?
Jo : You think I love you ?
(And they kiss before Jo leave)

At last , Jo decline Alex invitation politely as she and all her friends will stay at the hospital with Dr. Webber during the thanksgiving . But they promise to each other that they will meet after that .

Alex (joking) : You blowing me off for some old guy in the hospital ?

The Triangle Love Saga between Jackson Avery - April Kepner - Matthew (or should I type it as Square Love Saga because Stephanie is involved too ?)

Dr. Jackson Avery

Jackson is looking for April to talk about the wedding invitation list . Jackson is getting hot and hot in every episode . Come on , who doesn't fall in love with his blue - sometimes green eyes . I bet April feels regrets that her relationship with Jackson was over , especially everytime she see Jackson's face (and his hot muscle) . Come on April , I know that you're still love in love with Jackson , just admit it .

April : Look , I put your name on the invite list . Your name is Avery . We don't know any other A's . You literally ... on the top of the list . First thing that we see when we look at it . I didn't want to rub it on Matthew's face . (Don't rub it , April . Just throw it on Matthew's face .. Theeheee , just kidding)
Jackson : If he has a problem with my name on a piece of paper , why should I be at this wedding ?
April : Because of me . Because ... you are my friend and I want you to be there .
Jackson : Yeah . Yeah , well I want to be there too but ... Come on .
April : Jackson , I can't go through with this , if I don't have your blessing .
Jackson : Well . You have it . Alright , but ... I don't  think I should be there .

Seriously , Shonda Rhimes is killing me ! All I can see in Jackson and April eyes is - they still love each other .

The Flash Mob

Not that I don't like Matthew . I like him , he's sweet . Especially the flash mob he did for April in front of the hospital , it's sweet and lovely but I don't think April already think thoroughly before accepting Matthew's proposal . I mean , how can you say no when someone propose to you in front of other people without humiliating them ? I really hope April don't show up at her wedding and run away with Jackson . I'm sorry Matthew , but I love Japril (Jackson + April) more than I love you with April . I always think that Jackson and April are meant to be .

p/s : Jackson , please dump Stephanie . Stephanie can dating with other people like ... Shane Ross or any other doctors in the hospital .

Back to Cristina . I think this is the most Da - Bomb thing in this episode beside the drama in the OR .

WTH ! You gotta be kidding me !

Welcome to Grey Sloan Lovey - Dovey Hospital , where the attendings are allowed to kiss their student . YES ! Our main cast a.k.a our professional Cardiothoracic doctor , Dr. Cristina Yang is kissing Dr. Shane Ross , a resident ! (WTH !) I am much more comfortable to see Cristina alone than to see her start dating Shane (I hope that doesn't happen in next week episode) .

This is all wrong . Why Shonda , why ? Why all these new residents need to flirt with their attendings ? Jo is currently in love with Alex , Leah is Arizona's bedroom student , Stephanie with Jackson and now ... Shane with Cristina ? What the hell is going on with this hospital ?

p/s : This is why Jackson should dump Stephanie so that Stephanie can start dating Shane . And Leah can date poor Matthew if she wants . End of the story . See , I'm an incredible script - writer :D

But I think the real reason Cristina kiss Shane is because she feels lonely . Her ex husband already move on with another woman and her best friend not really talking to her , of course she feels lonely and Shane's there . Cristina just lonely . She's not going to fall in love with Shane (I hope ... we hope) .

This is another Triangle Love Saga in this episode , between our Peds Surgeon - Dr. Arizona Robbins , Orthopedic Surgeon - Dr. Callie Torres and The New Resident - Dr. Leah Murphy .

Owen , Leah and Arizona are working on a girl in Emergency Room .  They later discovers that the poor little girl has a femur fracture . And when it comes to the bone things , of course we paged our famous Orthopedic Surgeon , Dr. Torres .

Owen : Okay . Call Torres . You gonna be okay ? (to Arizona)
Arizona : Yeah .
Owen : Murphy , go with Torres and Robbins .

I give an :O face when Owen says that to Leah . Throwing Leah under Callie and Arizona service ? Not a good idea .

And while on the phone Leah says to Arizona that it's a bad idea for they to be in the same Operating Room with Callie . Arizona remain calm and put on her Robbins face .

Leah : It's not a good idea .
Arizona : We will be fine .
Leah : I don't think ...
Arizona : MURPHY !
Suddenly , something happen to that little kid and they need to get into the OR , immediately .

While trying to save the little kid , Arizona apologizes to Leah about what happened between them .

Arizona : I'm sorry it's awkward .

And then Leah reply with something ... umm I'm not so sure . Maybe about their circumstances right now . Arizona answers back ...

Arizona : You don't want to be the person that says , "I will wait for you in case it doesn't work out with your wife " .




After the operation , Arizona meet with Callie in the .. err ... I think X - Ray room because there is so many X - Rays films in that room . And they had their first honest conversation about their relationship which I know it is what Calzona fans waiting for since this season started .

Arizona : I want to talk to you about something
Callie : Hmm ?
Arizona : I was with someone . When we were apart . I don't think it was completely out of balance . We were separated and you kick me out of the house .
Callie : Oh . So , it's my fault ?
Arizona : There are no faults . I just ... feel like you should know . We're starting fresh and ... I want to be honest with you ... I - I shouldn't have said anything .
Callie : No , no , I'm sorry . You're right . Thank you for ... being so very honest .
Arizona : I'm trying . Is there anything you want to ask me ?
Callie : Oh , wow . Um , no . I don't know ... Is it once ?
Arizona : It was more than once .
Callie : More than twice ? (Arizona silent) More than 10 ? You know what ... I don't ... I don't want to know anything about it .
Arizona : I'm sorry .
Callie : Is it over ?
Arizona : Yes . Completely .
Callie : Okay ... That's all I need to know .
Arizona : You didn't ?
Callie : What ? Cheat on you ? (Ouch Callie)
Arizona : Get involved with anyone ?
Callie : I got involved with myself . I ... dance in my underwear and I try to remember that I used to be a person with a lot of fun .

(This reminds me of that time , when she secretly living in the hospital basement and she got caught by Chief Webber while she dancing in her underwear)

Arizona : I'm really trying . Callie , please ... tell me that you're trying too ?
Callie : I am .
Arizona : Can I hug you ?
Callie : Yeah .
(They hug)

Arizona : I really missed you .
Callie : Me too .

"I am a superstar with scalpel !"

To be honest , I also miss the fun person Callie used to be . Like her scene yelling at Chief Webber when she got fired from the hospital in season 6 . 'I am a superstar with scalpel !'
I never forget that line . xD


I can feel Callie's sadness when she says she only get involved with herself while they were apart , dancing in her underwear trying to remember how she used to be a very fun person . And I am very happy with Arizona atitude in this episode . She is being honest with Callie , that is something Calzona fans want to see . Honesty is the important things in a relationship , although Arizona didn't tells Callie who her scandal is but I think it's okay . At least she tells Callie about the scandal thing .

But I think Callie is gonna piss off if she finds out that it's Leah Murphy who has been sleeping with her wife . Leah Murphy , who is lack of experience in the gay thing and in medical thing is sleeping with her awesome wife a.k.a Head Of Pediatric while they were apart . Of course that shocking enough if Callie finds out .

AWKWARD !

The way they hug , we can see how much they miss each other . But then , Leah enter the room (oh , of course this happen -_-) and interrupting the 5 seconds hugging session momento . Perfect timing Leah ! And maybe this is one of the reason why the actress (Tessa Ferrer) who portrayed Leah Murphy didn't have a Twitter account . Because she is scared of twitter hating by Calzona fans , maybe ?

This is the most awkward OR in the world

Callie , Arizona and Leah gets into the OR . I sense something bad gonna happen here . All I can think is that poor little girl on the table if something happen in the OR . Callie put on her Dr. Torres face and do what all the attendings supposed to do in the hospital (instead of dating them or having scandal with them) . She teach Leah how to use the drill . What's gonna happen if Callie realizes that Arizona is also a good teacher , teaching Leah ? (in the bedroom) Scandal , scandal , scandal . Scandal everywhere !


p/s : I love Dr. Torres since her first appearance on Grey's Anatomy . When she's straight , fired from the Chief Resident position , married to George , divorce , with Mark , not straight , with Erica , with Arizona , fired from the hospital , Mark and her baby thing , the plane crash thing , Mark's death , buying the hospital thing , Arizona affair with Dr. Lauren 'Hot' Boswell , the Arizona miscarriage and the malpractice thing . I am always on Callie's side . So , I will always on her side even if she wants to kill Leah when she finds out about Arizona / Leah scandal thing .

Callie let Leah drill into the little girl leg and Leah accidentally drills through the leg , into the table and she begins to panic . Callie tells Leah to pull it together but Leah can't , she still panic . Leah look at Arizona , asking for help . Arizona tells Callie to let Leah calm down first .

"Can you please do something ? Your wife is driving me crazy !"

Callie : Pull it together .
Leah : Can you please ... ? (help)
Callie : Murphy . Pull it together .
Leah : Oh , please !
Callie : Murphy !
Leah : Can you please do something ?? (Leah says desperately to Arizona)
Arizona : Callie ? Just give her a few seconds to calm down .

Arizona : Just give her a few seconds to calm down

p/s : I feel sorry for that poor little girl .

I can smell something fishy here ... even with my mask on .

Oh . My . God

Suddenly Callie sense something weird and awkward between Leah and Arizona . She starts to stares and glares at them . And BINGO , she knows what's going on . Uh - oh , rules number one , do not mess with Dr. Torres . She can turns into Angry Callie Bear anytime , anywhere ... even in the OR .

THE STARES - WAR

"TEN PLUS TIMES . THAT WAS HER ?"

Crap . How do you know ?

Callie : It was her ? (Arizona silent)
Callie : TEN PLUS TIMES . That was her ?
Callie : That's just perfect !

Leah's face is just like "Torres gonna eat me alive !" She don't even dare to look up or looking at Callie in the eyes .
I'm so scared to look at Callie's face . Leah is very lucky that Callie didn't use the drill to drill into her eyes .

Callie shoves Leah's hands away and finishes fixing the patient by herself .

Callie's face is just like , "I could use this drill to kill you right now in my OR , but I won't because I love my career and I am professional ... And I am not crazy enough to kill people ."

p/s : Again , I feel sorry for that innocent little girl . Remind me to asks my doctor first if she and her husband works together at the same hospital . xD


After that Arizona and Leah scrubbing out together and they having a conversation about what just happened in the OR .

Leah : Why would you tell her ?
Arizona : I didn't . I did , I - I told her it was someone . I didn't say who . She figure out because you fell apart in there .
Leah : You could've just forgotten about it and go on with your happy lives .
Arizona : This is my marriage we're talking about !
Leah : Yeah ! And it's my career ! She hates me now .

p/s : Leah o Leah . If you really are the person who puts your career first , you wouldn't slept with your attending .

Arizona : No , she doesn't .
Leah : Oh , please . Of course she does . She can't blame you . She love you . The only one she can blame is me !

Leah is upset and leave after that . Is it just me or other people also feels that Leah act like a jealous ex girlfriend ? Oh , come on Leah . Just move on . You and Arizona is just a bedroom buddy . And now Callie's back on action , Arizona don't need you anymore .


Arizona then having another heart to heart conversation with Callie about what just happened .

Callie : The next time when we take a break , I'm gonna ask you to keep it out from the hospital , not that it doesn't fun . All the drama in the OR .(Oh , come on Torres . I hope , we hope , you hope things like this won't happen again next time)
Arizona : I realize that you were hurt . But when we got back together , we got back together based on assumptions that we both make mistakes and we are ready to starts fresh . I can't keep apologizing . And you can't keep playing the victim . If you want me back , I'm back . I've been sleeping on a couch for a week . If I'm back ... I sleep in the bed .
Callie : Umm , okay . I ... get a night to just ... digest this all and then fine , you can sleep in the bed .
Arizona : That's enthusiastic .
Callie : Arizona !
Arizona : Fine .

Oh Arizona . You cheated on your wife with a hot doctor last season and with a junior doctor this season .. And when your wife asks you to come home you expect her to just accept you into her bedroom ? Callie need some times to process all this crap you just throw on her face .


By the way , I like Arizona's hairstyle in this episode . Straight and nice .
